At EPAGA Home Care, we find ourselves in an ever-changing, ever-evolving environment—one that requires us to be highly-adaptable and thoroughly committed. Our staff is here to provide multi-faceted care in a variety of different ways to your loved ones, and to assist your family holistically as you navigate the different seasons of life. To serve our community in the most excellent, constructive way, we ground ourselves in our faith, the development of our staff, and the high caliber of our ethic. Here are three fundamental elements that drive our heartfelt mission as we work to stay ahead of the curve and go above and beyond meeting the needs of our clientele.
rising to the Occasion
We aren’t naive, and refuse to turn a blind eye to the issues at hand in our world. Currently, we face the reality of a nation-wide nurse shortage, paralleled with the ever-rising need for quality care. Understanding the matters at hand and the magnitude of their significance, we focus on initiating change, and aim to rise to the occasion. This is why we place so much emphasis on the quality of our staff, our screening process, and our continued accountability. It’s our goal to train and equip our employees to rise to the occasion themselves, prepared and ready for any situation they may step into. We recognize that the need is great, but we aren’t intimidated by the odds. It’s the heart and soul of our company and staff members that drive us forward and fuel our mission; to stand steadfast against the tide of need, stress and crisis.
Radical Hospitality
Hospitality is a main motif that we observe in the life of Jesus, and it integrates every part of what we do here at EPAGA. It’s our long-term goal to create and facilitate easy and accessible options for people in all communities; from different socio-economic backgrounds and various walks of life. This is the truest example of the radical love of our Heavenly Father, and we will hold ourselves accountable to His standard. Hospitality is multi-dimensional, and is exhibited in several ways, whether that means sitting beside someone in crisis, or simply helping to make daily routines more manageable. No matter what, hospitality is commonplace in our work, as we create spaces for individuals to spend their days in harmony and safety.
Reaching Beyond
It is our hope that the caliber of our model can benefit not just our community in Kalispell, but that EPAGA would reach beyond our inner circles as well. There is need outside of the lines of our county and state, and we believe that our model of care provision can work to serve others, both near and far. We’re passionate about widening our sphere of influence, and have recently launched a handful of franchise opportunities.
